The friendliness and competence of the staff was very high. I had a very positive experience at Toyota. I also appreciate the inside and out cleaning of the vehicle prior to its return to me.

Quite impressed that the Collision Center Manager waited for me the day of the accident and had a rental waiting for me. Even more impressed when I picked up my car -- it looked like new, had been cleaned and even had a bottle of water in my cup holder. Now that's service.

A slight delay over the holiday weekend was due to unexpected circumstances and I was kept fully informed and of the most helpful was my Toyota handler kept the insurance company and the rental car people fully informed as well. I feel my car and I were treated as well as if we had been in a hospital. It was costly but I am reassured that no stone was left unturned in making sure my vehicle was completely repaired and that I can feel safe and confident. Thank you for a job well done!
