A slight delay over the holiday weekend was due to unexpected circumstances and I was kept fully informed and of the most helpful was my Toyota handler kept the insurance company and the rental car people fully informed as well. I feel my car and I were treated as well as if we had been in a hospital. It was costly but I am reassured that no stone was left unturned in making sure my vehicle was completely repaired and that I can feel safe and confident. Ā Thank you for a job well done!Ā
